Where we ship
Helmann Cigars ships to eligible destinations in the United States, its territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship tobacco products to Utah, South Dakota, or Hawaii. Additional state or local restrictions may apply and will be enforced at checkout.
Carriers and delivery estimates
Available services may include USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and Express Mail. Standard transit estimates range from one to five business days depending on the service and destination. Processing and delivery may take up to one week because of product availability, weather, carrier conditions, or other circumstances.
Carrier estimates are not guaranteed unless the carrier expressly guarantees the selected service.
Free and expedited shipping
Free shipping applies only to qualifying promotional items and uses the most cost-effective available method. Expedited options may not be available for PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, weekends, or every destination.
Charges and tracking
Shipping charges are calculated from the order weight and destination and are shown before an order is submitted. When an order ships, the customer receives a shipment notice with available tracking or delivery-confirmation information.
Adult signature
Orders containing tobacco products require age verification and may require an adult signature at delivery. The recipient must satisfy all applicable age and identification requirements.
