Where we ship
Shipping is currently available at checkout to Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Other destinations are temporarily unavailable while we review their requirements. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territory or APO/FPO military addresses. Some products have destination restrictions. Availability may change; checkout confirms whether we can accept your destination and cart.
Processing and delivery
Standard orders ship through USPS. Allow 2 business days for processing, plus carrier delivery time. Carrier transit time begins when the package is handed to USPS. Product availability, holidays, weather, and carrier conditions may cause delays.
Expedited shipping is not currently offered. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and cancellation/refund options under our Returns and Order Issues Policy.
Charges and tracking
Standard shipping is $5.95. Orders to Massachusetts, North Dakota, South Carolina and Wyoming add $9.99 for Adult Signature (21+), for a total shipping charge of $15.94. These charges are displayed before payment. Rates may change for future orders; the amount shown at checkout applies to your order. When an order ships, Helmann Cigars provides available tracking or delivery-confirmation information.
Adult signature
All tobacco orders require age verification at checkout. Delivery to Massachusetts, North Dakota, South Carolina and Wyoming requires Adult Signature: someone 21 or older must be present with valid government-issued photo ID. No delivery signature is required for our other available destinations.
Taxes
Checkout displays the taxes Helmann collects before payment. Your state may require you to report and pay use or tobacco taxes that are not collected at checkout.
