Shipping and local pickup
Helmann Cigars ships to eligible destinations using USPS and UPS services. Tobacco deliveries are subject to age and adult-signature requirements. Exact options and charges will be shown at checkout.
Returns and order issues
Tobacco products are final sale. Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments should be reported promptly with the product, packaging, shipping carton, and photographs retained for review.
Privacy and communications
Information submitted through an inquiry or signup form should be used to respond to the request and, when explicit marketing consent is provided, to send relevant Helmann Cigars communications. Final privacy language, retention practices, vendors, and opt-out instructions require approval before data collection goes live.
